Q: Do you offer fee analysis by ZIP code?

A: Not only can we provide a free customized fee analysis for 40 of your most frequently used fees, but we also offer a Practice Analysis. This analysis covers hygiene and provides suggestions to maximize your insurance reimbursements through proper coding.
 

Q: What type of scheduling templates do you have? We are currently short on hygienists but not short on patients.

A: As practices returned to busy schedules, with fewer staff members, designing alternative scheduling protocols to maximize production with less help was necessary. We offer several color-coded scheduling templates for a smoother integration to reduce the strain of a chaotic schedule. We have templates for the following scenarios and can help build a custom template for your practice:
