As a requirement of our meeting, all attendees will be asked to provide their passport along with a copy of their signed tourist card received on their flight and stamped at immigration. These documents will be requested when checking in to the resort. All copies of documents will be destroyed after submitted for the purposes of VAT tax exemption.
