I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for one of your exceptional team members, Marlon Jack.
Marlon has been my team’s Burkhart Account Manager for the past decade or so. With the experience we had prior to Marlon, we weren’t sure what to expect. What we were hoping for was a higher quality, more personalized experience, and we did not want to be just another dental office account. Not only did Marlon meet our expectations, but far exceeded them in every way. I can say in all honesty that Marlon Jack is by far the most humble, unassuming, positive, dedicated, honest and sincere, respectful, mindful and aware business associate I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We saw him as one of our team members, and we contribute a big part of the practice’s success to him. It always seemed that Marlon truly had our best interest in mind. We felt very well taken care, and that is a secure feeling in the ever quick moving pace of dentistry.
Not only did Marlon meet our expectations, but far exceeded them in every way.
As I recently sold my practice and am moving into the Dental Customer Service Industry, I am reminiscent of the importance of the values that Marlon carries with him moment to moment and shares with those around him, and how that also reflects strongly on Burkhart’s business culture and philosophy. You have a true gem in Marlon, and I am going to miss working with him and seeing his great smile every week!
